Individual Sessions

We will spend a few minutes discussing the particular issue you are seeking help with.  EFT involves tapping on certain spots on the body that correspond to energy meridian endpoints (just like those used in acupuncture).  The other energy techniques are worked into the session as appropriate.  You may stop the session at any time for any reason.  Lights and clothing are always kept on.  Homework to support and continue the progress of the session is almost always given.  (Don't worry, it's not hard!) 

Individual sessions are $30 per 60 minutes.  The first session is 60 minutes.  Follow-up sessions may be either 30 or 60 minutes.  I offer a guarantee on the first session.  If you are not completely satisfied with the first session, I will refund the fee. 

Sessions are offered over the telephone or at your location.  Your location can be either home or work, as long as there is a comfortable place for us both to sit and privacy. 

You will be emailed an intake form to fill out and email back to me.  I will also send you a form which will show where all the tapping points are located on the body.  Please have this with you during the sessions, unless you are already familiar with their locations.  The more familiar you are with the points prior to our sessions, the more time we can spend on the actual issues.
